Since 2016, we have continuously monitored the state of organizational flow, with over 650 companies worldwide participating. This year, our focus will include topics such as:
Key Success Drivers: What truly propels a company forward? Is it agility, traditional project management, or perhaps a mix of both? Discover which strategies and frameworks make a real impact.
Navigating Market Disruptions: In a world buzzing with terms like VUCA and AI, we explore whether these are obstacles or opportunities. Can these disruptions be leveraged to enhance agility and competitive edge?
The Role of Self-Efficacy: How does an employee's belief in their own effectiveness influence organizational success? Is it a cause or merely an effect?
Trends in Organizational Flow: How has the concept of 'organizational flow' evolved? Are there positive trends, and what potential do companies see for future growth?
The study comprises two parts: examining symptoms and potentials in work environments independent of any method based on very simple symptom questions. This is the "State of Organizational Flow."
You get an individual link (1) that you can distribute to your people (2) just asking about common issues like delays and multitasking, and assessing potential improvements. After two weeks (3) you get the results, and a benchmark how good your work flow. If you want you can request a short expert call where you get the details and the results explained.
In the second part we are collecting organizational metadata once per organization to evaluate performance, methods, and approaches. After a few weeks you get an link (4) and you answer the questions about your company, and methods used (5).
This approach enables the identification of correlations between company practices, effect on work flow, and success across a diverse data pool, offering deep insights into the impact of different management approaches and practices (6).
