First you get an individual link (1) that you can give to your people (2) just asking about common issues like delays and multitasking, and assessing potential improvements. After two weeks (3) you get the results, and a benchmark how good your work flows.

In the second part we are collecting organizational metadata (4) once per organization to evaluate performance, methods, and approaches (5).

When the study is ready you get a full report about company practices, effect on work flow, and success across a diverse data pool, offering deep insights into the impact of different management approaches and practices (6).
